Smile Fender CD-60SCE or Epiphone AJ-220SCE

Hi guys, I want to buy a new guitar, I'm wavering between Fender CD-60SCE and Epiphone AJ-220SCE. Which guitar is better ?

Whenever asked about acoustics between $250 and $500, I typically recommend a Yamaha FG (830) for practice/studio, and the L series for stage. I found myself fairly unhappy with Fender's entry-level offerings other than the MC-1 (which is definitely not what you're looking for).

See if you're able to hit a guitar shop and try out a bunch of different guitars. If you just want someone to tell you which sub-500 acoustic to buy sight unseen and with no knowledge of your tastes or musical disposition, an FG-830 or older FG-730 is a fairly safe/conservative bet, and an easy resale if it doesn't work out for you.

I also would go with Yamaha rather than either of those two, though I would put Epiphone ahead of Fender.

+1 on the Yamaha guitars. I had a FGX800C and it was terrific. Nothing else in that price range was as nice to play or sounded as good. I only sold it because I bought Taylor.

The Yamaha FG800 is about $200 (US). It's the same as the FGX800 but it lacks the electronics and cut-away. If you are able, go to a guitar store and play them.
