We I brought both of my amps to a trusted repair show and they confirmed that it is not microphonic pickups or tubes on either amp. So it's just noise I guess

This is not likely, but a thought. Years ago, I had a next door neighbor who was a ham radio operator. When he would key his transmitter, my stereo system would go nuts. He and I determined the signal was coupling in through the speaker cables, but we were never able to resolve it. As someone suggested, try your rig at another house, several miles away if possible.
