To add to what everyone has said: I would use a hand sanitiser to make sure there is no oils in your hands. Hopefully this will help. But the trick really is to clean the strings with a clean cloth after playing and to make sure you have washed your hands prior to playing and making sure they are dry. All the best1

My electrics get strings every year or so if they're lucky.. The acoustics that I play very regularly go a few months between changes. Coated strings on everything.

If you have acid hands welp, the best thing to do is wipe the guitar down thoroughly after every use. You could try coated strings but I would just use Super Slinkies and change when strings start to break.
