I simply like the Amplifi TT because it's intuitive to use. For some reason, anything relating to music where I have to read instructions gives me mental block.

Isn't there a bunch of software that came with the Focusrite? Why not just play with that to get a feel?
Yeah I will. Ill check it out, thanks!

The scarlett did come with some software which I downloaded ill have a look at it.

And $100 for the Scarlett, I bought the Line 6 TT : https://www.sweetwater.com/store/det...IaAroBEALw_wcB On sale. For about $85. It's an interface, and I personally find the amp and pedal settings easier to deal with (through an app on your phone), AND I can link it to any of my real amps.

I haven't used the Scarlett or Bias amp sims in ages. But Bias is a great amp sim, but you really need some pedals, which is a separate package.
I checked this out. Bias FX seems good? If I understand it correctly I would get pretty much everything I need. And as you pointed out it costs only 49$ for Bias Fx std right now instead of the usual 99$. Bias Fx includes both amps and effects if I understood the website correctly.

I downloaded the free version of amplitube. I found some pretty good tones from the free version actually. I just realized one thing now though. I need some headphones... So that I can plug them into the focusrite and hear what im playing and playing to

I got Bias Amps. If I recall correctly the FX is pedals only. In any case, I was happy with Bias Amps. I can't say for FX. I'm stuck for time now, so I can't check, but I believe amps and effects are separate programs.

There's great demos on youtube.

Bias FX is Amps, cab, and effects, both pedals and rack. The special thing with Bias FX is you can use the Amps and Effects you create is Bias Amp and Bias Pedal. Bias also supports stereo either as one of two amps of your selection.

For all interested now is the time to buy while they are all on sale!
